  1. 3 Laddle full rice flour
  2. 3/4 Laddle full urad dal flour
  3. Salt to taste
  4. A pinch hing

Instructions

  1. AM TAKING 3 LADDLE FULL.OF DRY ROASTED RICE FLOUR.
  2. TO IT, AM ADDING 3/4TH LADDLE FULL OF POWDERED ROASTED URAD DAL FLOUR.
  3. SALT TO TASTE, A PINCH HING ( A TBSP SHREDDED COCONUT IS OPTIONAL ), AM NOT ADDING.
  4. 2 TBSP OF OIL
  5. MIX EVERYTHING. ADDING LITTLE BY LITTLE WATER MAKE A SOFT DOUGH
  6. THE DOUGH IS READY.
  7. MAKE BALLS. I HAE MADE LITTLE BIGGER SIZE BALLS. CAN BALL THEM TO SMALL SIZE AS WELL.
  8. HEAT THE OIL, AND FRY THEM IN BATCHES INTIL GOLDEN BROWN.
