  1. Cucumber 1 small
  2. Semolina 1/2 cup
  3. Water 1/2 cup
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Cooking oil 2 tsp
  6. Chilli powder 1 tsp
  7. Rice flour 2 tsp

Instructions

  1. SEMOLINA 1/2 CUP, WATER 1/2 CUP, MIX WELL IN A BOWL
  2. ADD CHILLI POWDER 1 TSP, RICE FLOUR 2 TSP, SALT TO TASTE, MIX WELL
  3. ADD CUCUMBER SLICES 10
  4. GREASE HOT TAWA
  5. COAT WELL AND ADD IN TAWA, COVER AND COOK IN LOW FLAME FOR 5 MINUTES
  6. OPEN THE LID, GREASE OIL ON COATED CUCUMBER
  7. FLIP AND COOK ANOTHER SIDE FOR 5 MINUTES OR UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN
  8. OPEN THE LID AND REMOVE, SERVE IN HOT
