  1. 8 to 10 small brinjals sliced
  2. Onions 2 sliced
  3. Tomaties 2 chopped
  4. Gg paste 1 tsp
  5. Dry masala -red cgillie,dhania and zeera pwr 1 tbsp
  6. Haldi 1 tsp
  7. Curd 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. TAWA FRY 8 TO 10BRINJALS TILL GOLDEN
  2. FRY ON BOTH SIDES IN JUST 1 OR 2 DROP OIL
  3. IN 2 TBSP MUSTARD OIL ADD 1 TSP ZEERA AND. FEW CURRYLEAVES
  4. ADD 2 SLICED ONIONS
  5. ADD 2 SLIT GREEN CHILLIES
  6. WHEN THE ONIONS TURN GOLDEN ADD 1 TBSP GINGERGARLIC PASTE
  7. ADD 1 TSP RED CHILLI PWDR & 1 TSP HALDI PWDR
  8. ADD 1 TBSP EACH DHANIA AND ZEERA PWDR
  9. ADD SALT ACC TO TASTE
  10. SAUTE THE MASALA WELL
  11. ADD 2 CHOPPED TOMATOES
  12. ADD 2 TBSP CURD
  13. ADD 1 CUP WATER AND TGE TOMATOES COOK
  14. COVER & COOK TILL OIL SEPARATES
  15. MASH THE TOMATOES A BIT
  16. ADD THE TAWA FRY BRINJALS
  17. MIX,COVER & LET IT COOK TILL 5 MINS
  18. OUR TAWA BAIGAN IS READY
