  1. Rice flour 1 cup
  2. Sesame seeds 1 tsp
  3. Red chili powder 1 tsp
  4. turmeric powder 1 tsp
  5. Green chili 1
  6. Curry leaves
  7. coriander leaves
  8. salt as per taste
  9. oil 3 tbsp

Instructions

  1. ARRANGE ALL REQUIRED INGREDIENTS.
  2. TAKE A BOWL AND PUT 1 CUP RICE FLOUR AND 1TSP TURMERIC POWDER,SALT, SESAME SEEDS,RED CHILI POWDER.
  3. NOW ADD 1TSP SOAKED CHANA DAL.
  4. NOW PUT SOME CURRY LEAVES AND CORIANDER LEAVES.
  5. ADD 1 TSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE,1 CHOPPED GREEN CHILI.
  6. NOW ADD CHOPPED ONION.
  7. MIX ALL INGREDIENTS WELL AND ADD SOME WATER.
  8. SLOWLY SLOWLY ADD WATER AND KNEAD THE DOUGH.
  9. NOW DOUGH IS READY.
  10. TAKE TAWA AND APPLY OIL .
  11. NOW TAKE ONE PORTION OF RICE DOUGH AND SPREAD IT WITH THE HELP OF HAND.
  12. THEN MAKE SOME SMALL HOLE IN THIS.
  13. NOW PUT THE TAWA ON FLAME.
  14. COVER IT AND COOK.
  15. FLIPP IT TO OTHER SIDE.
  16. COOK TILL IT BECOMES GOLDEN BROWN COLOUR.
  17. SERVE IT HOT AS IT IS OR WITH CHUTNEY.
