Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Maggi Pazzta mushroom Penne - 1 Packet (64g)
  2. water - 2 cups 
  3. garlic powder -1/2 tsp
  4. Peri Peri mix - 1 tsp
  5. Mozzarella Cheese grated - 1/2 cup
  6. Dried basil - 1 tbsp
  7. Ingredients for Tart: 1 cup All purpose flour 
  8. sugar - 2 tbsp
  9. butter - 3 tbsp
  10. Ice cold water as required
  11. Beans for blind baking the tart

Instructions

  1. ADD 1 CUP FLOUR, 2 TBSP SUGAR, 3 TBSP BUTTER
  2. CRUMBLE WITH WELL WITH HANDS AND ADD COLD WATER TO MAKE A DOUGH
  3. KNEAD THE DOUGH WELL AND REST FOR FEW MINS
  4. DIVIDE THE DOUGH INTO SMALL PORTIONS AND ROLL THEM INTO BALLS
  5. FLATTEN THE BALLS WITH ROLLING PIN
  6. PUT THEM INTO THE GREASED TART MOULD AND PRESS THEM GENTLY.
  7. WITH A HELP OF FROK OR TOOTHPICK PRICK THEM RANDOMLY IN 3-4 PLACES TO PREVENT THE TART FROM PUFFING
  8. ADD BEANS IN THE TART AND BAKE AT PREHEATED OVEN @180° FOR 15 MINS
  9. IN A PAN ADD 2 CUPS WATER
  10. ADD THE MAGGI PAZZTA MUSHROOM PENNE AND THE TASTE MAKER
  11. STIR AND MIX WELL AND BRING TO BOIL
  12. ADD 1/2 TSP GARLIC POWDER AND 1/2 TSP PERI PERI MIX
  13. COOK TILL IT THICKENS AND TAKE OFF THE HEAT
  14. SCOOP THE COOKED MAGGI PAZZTA IN THE TART
  15. SPRINKLE GRATED CHEESE
  16. SPRINKLE DRIED BASIL AND PERI PERI MIX
  17. BAKE THEM AT PREHEATED OVEN @180° FOR 5-10 MINS.
  18. ENJOY
