Instructions
IN 300 GMS OF BONELESS CHICKEN ADD 1TSP SALT AND 1TSP LEMON JUICE AND KEEP MARINATED FOR 15 MINUTES
MIX WELL
HEAT A TAWA ADD 2TSP OIL AND ADD FRESH 1 TBSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE
AFTER FEW MINUTES ADD MARINATED CHICKEN PIECES AND COOK TILL THE CHICKEN IS DRY AND GOLDEN IN COLOUR
ADD 1TSP RED CHILLI POWDER
ADD 1/2 TSP HALDI POWDER
MIX WELL TILL MASALA COATS CHICKEN EVENLY
ADD 1/2 CUP CURD AND COOK ON SLOW HEAT COVERED
COOK COVERED FOR 15MINUTES ON LOW FLAME TILL CHICKEN IS SOFT
WHEN CHICKEN IS DONE ADD 2TBSP OF BUTTER
ADD 2 THICKLY SLICED ONIONS
ADD 2 TOMATOES SLICED
ADD 1/2TSP GARAM MASALA POWDER
ADD 1/4 CUP FRESH CREAM
ADD 1SLICED CAPSICUM AND 3 GREEN CHILLIES
ADD 1TBSP TANDOORI CHICKEN MASALA POWDER AND GARNISH WITH CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES
