Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chicken 300gms
  2. Salt 1tsp
  3. Lemon juice 1tsp
  4. Oil 2tsp
  5. Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
  6. Red chilli powder 1tsp
  7. Haldi powder 1/2tsp
  8. Curd 1/2cup
  9. Butter 2tbsp
  10. Onion 2
  11. Tomatoes 2
  12. Capsicum 1
  13. Garam masala powder 1tsp
  14. Cream 1/4cup
  15. Green chillies 3
  16. Chicken Tandoori masala 1tbsp
  17. Coriander leaves chopped 2tbsp

Instructions

  1. IN 300 GMS OF BONELESS CHICKEN ADD 1TSP SALT AND 1TSP LEMON JUICE AND KEEP MARINATED FOR 15 MINUTES
  2. MIX WELL
  3. HEAT A TAWA ADD 2TSP OIL AND ADD FRESH 1 TBSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE
  4. AFTER FEW MINUTES ADD MARINATED CHICKEN PIECES AND COOK TILL THE CHICKEN IS DRY AND GOLDEN IN COLOUR
  5. ADD 1TSP RED CHILLI POWDER
  6. ADD 1/2 TSP HALDI POWDER
  7. MIX WELL TILL MASALA COATS CHICKEN EVENLY
  8. ADD 1/2 CUP CURD AND COOK ON SLOW HEAT COVERED
  9. COOK COVERED FOR 15MINUTES ON LOW FLAME TILL CHICKEN IS SOFT
  10. WHEN CHICKEN IS DONE ADD 2TBSP OF BUTTER
  11. ADD 2 THICKLY SLICED ONIONS
  12. ADD 2 TOMATOES SLICED
  13. ADD 1/2TSP GARAM MASALA POWDER
  14. ADD 1/4 CUP FRESH CREAM
  15. ADD 1SLICED CAPSICUM AND 3 GREEN CHILLIES
  16. ADD 1TBSP TANDOORI CHICKEN MASALA POWDER AND GARNISH WITH CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES
