ABOUT Roti Quesadillas RECIPE

Use your favourite roti to make your Quesadillas with fillings of your choice and favourite sauces for any meal ,breakfast brunch or dinner too.I used my favourite sprouts and fried onion omlette in them.

  1. 2 rotis
  2. 2tblspn sprouts
  3. 1 egg fried onion omlette
  4. 2 tspn oil
  5. pepper to sprinkle
  6. Some honey mustard sauce
  7. Some ketchup
  8. Some spinach tomato salad

Instructions

  1. 2 ROTIS,2TBLSPN SPROUTS,2TBLSPN OIL,1TSPN PEPPER,1 EGG FRIED ONION OMLETTE,
  2. ADD OIL TO A PAN,PLACE ONE ROTI PAN FRY BOTH SIDES
  3. ADD SECOND ROTI TOO SO THEY GET DONE IN SAME OIL AND NOT OVER FRIED
  4. MAKE THEM SEMI CRISP NOT FULLY
  5. ON ONE ROTI PLACE THE FRIED ONION OMLETTE
  6. FOLD THE ROTI INTO HALF NOW
  7. NOW APPLY THE MINT CHEESE SLICE SPREAD ON THE SEOND ROTI
  8. ADD SPROUTS ON HALF SIDE OF ROTI,SPRINKLE SOME PEPPER FOLD CLOSE THE ROTI
  9. MAKE THE FOLDED ROTI CRISP AGAIN
  10. CUT OUT BOTH ROTI QUESADILLAS INTO HALFS
  11. ARRANGE THESE AND PLACE SOME SALAD OF CHOICE
  12. I USED VEEBA HONEY MUSTARD SAUCE ON SIDE ,CAN ALSO USE SPICY ONES
  13. GIVING SHAPE OF QUESADILLAS TO HONEY MUSTARD SAUCE
  14. READY TO ENJOY
