90ml honey
150 gram brown sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp baking soda
For Frosting, 1 and 1/2 cup whipped cream
1 cup sour cream
1 cup powdered sugar
For greasing, 2 tbsp honey for greasing
3 tbsp water
3 to 4 oreo cookies pieces for decoration

TAKE 3 TBSP BUTTER IN A SAUCE PAN
NOW ADD 90ML HONEY
ADD 150 GRAM BROWN SUGAR IN IT
AND MELT TOGETHER OVER MEDIUM TO LOW HEAT CONTINUE WHISK TILL SUGAR COMPLETELY MELT
OTHER SIDE WHISK EGG NICELY AND KEEP ASIDE IT
SUGAR MELT SWITCH OFF FLAME REST TO TEMPERATURE LOW,ADD BEATEN EGG AND WHISKING TILL EGG INCORPORATE
NOW ADD 1 TSP BAKING SODA
WHISK WITH BAKING SODA UNTIL NO LUMPS REMAIN
AND ADD 380 GRAM ALL PURPOSE FLOUR GRADUALLY
MIX IT
NOW ADD REMANING FLOUR AND MIX
NOW TRANSFER THIS DOUGH IN KITCHEN COUNTER FOR KNEADING WELL
AND KNEAD DOUGH TILL CLAY CONSISTENCY, NOW MAKE A BALL OF THIS DOUGH
AND CUT THE DOUGH IN 8 EQUAL PORTION
TAKE 1-1 PORTION
AND MAKE BALLS OF ALL PORTION
TAKE A BALL OF DOUGH, SPRINKLE SOME FLOUR OVER THE COUNTER AND MAKE THICK CHAPATI OF THIS
PLACE A PLATE OVER THE ROLLED DOUGH AND TRACE AROUND IT AND WITH KNIFE TO GET A PERFECT CIRCLE
KEEP THE CUTTING RESEVE FOR NEXT STEP

NOW TAKE REMAING SCRAP ON HOT TAWA AND SPREAD IT
CUT IN SMALL SIZE TO PERFECT COOK
WHEN IT'S CRISP SWITCH OF GAS AND LEFT TO COOL
WHEN COOL TRANSFER IN MIXER JAR
AND COARSALY GRIND IT AND MAKE CRUMBS
FOR FROSTING, 1 CUP SOUR CREAM AND 1 AND 1/2 CUP WHIPING CREAM
ADD 1 CUP POWDER SUGAR OR ACCORDING TO TASTE AND WHIPPED IT NICELY AND STORE IN FRIDGE
SCRATCH THE UPPER LAYERS FROM BOTH SIDE AND SIDE WALLS ALSO OF ALL ROLLS
DO SAME WITH ALL
TAKE 2 TBSP HONEY AND 3 TBSP WATER IN A BOWL AND MIX WELL
PLACE ONE ROLL ON COUNTER AND SPREAD THE HONEY WATER ALL SIDES OF ROLL
SPREAD THE CREAM ON THE HONEY WATER SOAKED ROLL SURFACE
PLACE ANOTHER ONE AND DO SAME WITH THIS
NOW ARRANGE ALL ROLLS AND FINALLY FROST THE TOP AND SIDES WITH REMANING FROSTING
DUST THE TOP AND SIDES WITH PREPARED CRUMBS
DECORATE WITH OREO BISQUITS PIECES
NOW HONEY SAND CAKE IS READY TO SERVE
