Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 4 eggs
  2. 1 chopped onion
  3. one teaspoon ginger and garlic paste
  4. half teaspoon pepper powder
  5. half teaspoon cumin powder
  6. 1 / 4 th teaspoon of fennel powder
  7. 1 chopped green chillies
  8. A Pinch of Garam Masala
  9. salt to taste
  10. future Prakar leaves and coriander leaves
  11. 3 teaspoon of gingelly oil
  12. 1 /4 th teaspoon of cumin, seeds
  13. few fenugreek seeds
  14. few pepper carnels
  15. 1 onion slices
  16. 3 chopped tomatoes
  17. few curry leaves
  18. 1/4 th ,teaspoon of turmeric powder
  19. one teaspoon of red chilli powder
  20. 2 teaspoons of dhania powder
  21. 1/4 th teaspoon of cuminpowder
  22. salt to taste
  23. half cup tamarind water
  24. half cup onion + coconut paste
  25. Required water
  26. few chopped of coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. TAKE A MIXING BOWL ADD 1 CHOPPED ONION AND 1 CHOPPED GREEN CHILLY
  2. ADD 1 TEASPOON OF GINGER GARLIC PASTE
  3. ADD 1 TEASPOON OF PEPPER POWDER
  4. ADD 1/4 TEASPOON OF FENNEL SEED POWDER
  5. 1/2 TEASPOON OF CUMIN POWDER
  6. ADD A PINCH OF GARAM MASALA
  7. ADD SALT TO TASTE
  8. ADD LITTLE CHOPPED CORIANDER AND CURRY LEAVES
  9. MIX WELL
  10. ADD 4 EGGS ONE BY ONE
  11. BEAT WELL UNTIL ALL COMBINED WELL
  12. TAKE A PLATE OR TRAY GREASE WITH OIL
  13. POUR THE EGG MIXTURE AND STEAM FOR 10 MINUTES
  14. MEAN WHILE PREPARE CURRY HEAT A PAN ADD 2 TEASPOON OF GINGERLY OIL
  15. ADD 1/4 TEASPOON OF CUMIN AND FEW FENUGREEK SEEDS,FEW PEPPER CORNEL AND ADD 1 ONION SLICES
  16. SAUTE WELL UNTIL TOMATOES SMASH
  17. WHILE TAKE A MIXER JAR ADD 1/4 CUP CHOPPED COCONUT AND 1/4 CUP ONION SHALLOTS GRIND WELL
  18. AFTER 10 MINUTES CHECK OUT THE EGG IT'S BOIL OR UNBOIL
  19. ADD CURRY LEAVES
  20. ADD 1/4 TEASPOON OF TURMERIC POWDER,1 TEASPOON OF RED CHILLY POWDER,2 TEASPOON OF DANIYA POWDER, 1/4 TEASPOON OF CUMIN POWDER
  21. ADD SALT TO TASTE
  22. ADD 1/2 CUP TAMARIND WATER
  23. ADD COCONUT AND ONION PASTE
  24. MIX WELL
  25. ADD REQUIRED WATER AND ALLOW TO BOIL
  26. CUT THE STEAMED EGGS
  27. READY TO ADD STEAMED EGG
  28. AFTER 15 MINUTES ADD STEAMED EGGS ONE BY ONE GENTLY
  29. AFTER A MINUTE GENTLY MIX WELL
  30. ADD CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES
  31. AFTER A MINUTE SWITCH OFF THE FLAME DELICIOUS STEAMED EGG CURRY IS READY TO SERVE
  32. PERFECT WITH RICE HEALTHY AND PROTEIN FULL CURRY
