  1. 1 cup yellow moong dal
  2. 1 cup condensed milk
  3. 1 cup milk
  4. 1 cup clarrified butter/ghee
  5. 1/4 th cup dessicated coconut
  6. 1 tsp elachi powder
  7. One spoon chopped almond

Instructions

  1. SOAK 1 CUP YELLOW MOONG DAL WHOLE NIGHT.NEXT GRIND IT TO FINE PASTE, WITHOUT ADDING WATER.
  2. TAKE 1 CUP GHEE/CLARIFIED BUTTER.
  3. HEAT GHEE IN NONSTICK PAN.ADD DAL PASTE TO IT ,COOK IT AT LOW FLAME.
  4. ROAST IT IN GHEE AT LOW TO MEDIUM FLAME,KEEP STIRRING IN BETWEEN.
  5. KEEP STIRRING..
  6. AFTER 25-30 MIN AT LOW FLAME IT WILL LEAVE GHEE AT SIDES...
  7. WE NEED 1CUP CONDENSED MILK. 1 TSP GREEN CARDAMOM POWDER .HALF CUP DESSICATED COCONUT,1 CUP MILK
  8. FIRST ADD GREEN CARDAMOM POWDER.
  9. NEXT ADD CONDENSED MILK
  10. THEN ADD MILK TO IT.MIX PROPERLY.ALSO ADD DESSICATED COCONUT TO IT
  11. MIX WELL..
  12. NOW TAKE A BUTTER PAPER .ADD BURFI MIXTURE IN IT AND PRESS IT WITH SPOON .SO THAT IT IS LEVEL.
  13. LIKE THIS LEVEL IT.
  14. SPRINKLE SOME CHOPPED BADAM AND DESSICATED COCONUT AND LET IT SET FOR 1-2 HOUR.
  15. SLICE IT AND ENJOY.
