  1. 2 cup all purpose flour
  2. 1/2tsp baking powder
  3. 1 tbsp butter
  4. 2 tsp ice cold water
  5. 8-10 ras malai
  6. 2 cups rabdi
  7. Few kesar strands
  8. Few rose petals
  9. 1tsp pista slices

Instructions

  1. TAKE 2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR, ADD 1/2 TSP BAKING POWDER
  2. ADD 1 TBSP SOFTENED BUTTER, MIX WELL
  3. ONCE IT TURNS CRUMBLY LIKE THIS, ADD 1 TSP ICE COLD WATER & MAKE A DOUGH
  4. CLING-WRAP & REFRIGERATE THE READY DOUGH FOR 20 MINS
  5. TAKE A SMALL PORTION OF DOUGH, PRESS DOWN & SPREAD EVENLY IN A SMALL MUFFIN MOULD
  6. PRICK ALL OVER
  7. ADD A RASMALAI IN EACH MUFFIN BOWL
  8. ADD 1 TBSP RABDI OVER THE RASMALAI
  9. SPRINKLE PISTACHIO SLIVERS ON TOP
  10. BAKE IN A PREHEATED OVEN AT 180 DEGREES FOR 30 MINS, ALLOW TO COOL, UNMOULD & SERVE
