My familys favourite Akfredo sauce with Macaroni dressed with stir fried chicken mince in pepper cooked roasted well .Add potatoes in oil of kheema getting done.Sumptuous wedges done.Fry an egg soft to top the dish.enjoy as is

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 200 grams chicken mince
  2. 2 onions chopped
  3. 2 tblspn ginger garlic paste
  4. 2 tblspn oil
  5. 1 tspn pepper
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1/2tspn garam masala
  8. 1 potato cut into wedges
  9. 1 egg
  10. For sauce
  11. 1 tblspn butter
  12. 1 cup milk
  13. 1-2tblspn cornflour
  14. Little salt
  15. 1/2 tspn oregano
  16. 1tspn dried basil
  17. 1 big cup Boiled Macaroni

Instructions

  1. WASH CHICKEN KHEEMA IN A STRAINER
  2. 2TBLSPNOIL,2 ONIONS CUT,CHICKEN MINCE,1TSPN PEPPER,SALT,1 POTATO WEDGES,2TBLSPNGINGERGARLIC
  3. ADD 2 TBLSPN OIL IN PAN ADD CHOPPED ONIONS
  4. STIR FRY 2-3MINUTES
  5. AS IT STARTS BROWNING ADD 2TBLSPN GINGER GARLIC MIX WELL
  6. ADD 1TSPN SALT PEPPER HERE
  7. NOW ADD THE WASHED CHICKEN MINCE,MIX WELL
  8. STIR FRY MINCE
  9. ADD 1/2TSPN GARAM MASALA TO THE COOKING MINCE
  10. COVER COOK 2-5 MINUTES STIR CHECK IF SEMI DONE
  11. NOW KEEP THE POTATO WEDGES ON SIDES TO COOK IN THE OIL SEEPING OUT OF KHEEMA
  12. AFTER 2 MINUTES TURN SIDES FOR POTATO WEDGES TO FRY COOK BOTH SIDES AND COVER COOK AGAIN 3-4MINUTES
  13. STIR FRY CHICKEN MINCE WITH POTATO IS READY NOW
  14. COOL IN BOWL KEEP ASIDE
  15. FOR MACARONI AND WHITE SAUCE NOW KEEP BOILED MACRONI,CORN FLOUR ,MILK,BUTTER ,OREGANO,DRIED BASIL
  16. HEAT PAN AND ADD 1TBLSPN BUTTER TO HEAT
  17. MIX WATER TO 2TBLSPN CORNFLOUR MAKE SLURRY
  18. ADD THE SLURRY AND 1 CUP MILK
  19. STIR BRISKLY AND ADD DRIED BASIL,STIR AGAIN
  20. ADD SOME 1/2TSPN OREGANO NOW
  21. MIX WELL ADD LITTLE SALT HERE
  22. ADD BOILED MACRONI NOW
  23. MIX MACARONI WELL IN SAUCE REMOVE IN A BOWL
  24. FRY AN EGG SOFTLY KEEP READY
  25. KEEP KHEEMA IN A BOWL IN MICROVEN TO HEAT AND SET
  26. COOK THE YOLK WITH SOME HOT OIL
  27. ADD KHEEMA ON TOP OF THE READY MACARONI
  28. PLACE THE FRIED EGG ON THE KHEEMA NOW
  29. ARRANGE THE POTATO WEDGES AROUND NOW
