  1. 2 eggs
  2. salt to taste
  3. one teaspoon ghee
  4. one or two chicken sausages
  5. 1 tbsp butter
  6. slice tomato
  7. bread slices
  8. pepper to Sprinkle
  9. 1 cheese slice
  10. double quantity of bread Cheese slice as required
  11. 2 eggs make two sandwiches of 4 slices easily

Instructions

  1. TAKE 2TBLSPN GHEE OR BUTTER,2 EGGS BEATEN
  2. HEAT GHEE ADD THE BEATEN EGG,NOW AND SALT TO TASTE
  3. SCRAMBLE THE EGG AND KEEP CLEARING SIDES ,USE LOW FLAME
  4. SPRINKLE PEPPER
  5. KEEP BUTTER,CHICKEN SAUSAGES, OIL TO SAUTE,AND REMOVE EGG DONE IN A BOWL
  6. HEAT OIL CUT CHICKEN SAUSAGES CUT IN THIN SLICES ADD TO HOT OIL
  7. TOAST BREAD SLICES ,REMOVE IN PLATE
  8. STIR FRY SAUSAGES ANFD REMOVE ,KEEPING OIL AWAY
  9. PLACE A CHEESE SLICE ON TOAST BREAD,PLACE THE SAUSAGES DONE ON THIS NOW
  10. SCOOP OUT EGG DONE ON THIS AND CLOSE WITH SECOND TOAST
  11. CUT OUT DIAGNALLY LIGHTLY PRESS THE TOASTED SANDWICH TO STAY WELL
  12. SERVE WITH YOUR FAV SALAD ,HAVE A WOW BREAK FAST
