  1. 11/2 cup Soya nutri nuggets soaked
  2. 2 tomatoes grated
  3. 1 onion saute
  4. 1tbspn ginger garlic paste
  5. 1 tblspnOil or ghee
  6. 1tspn red chilli powder
  7. 1/2 tspn haldi
  8. salt to taste
  9. 1/2 tspn Garam Masala
  10. 1 tspn cummin corriander powder
  11. 10-20 grams paneer fresh

Instructions

  1. SOAK ABOUT 11/2 CUP NUTRI NUGGETS
  2. ADD SOME SALT AND BOIL THESE 4-5MINUTES
  3. HEAT GHEE ONIONS CHOPPED FINE
  4. NUGGETS,GINGERGARLIC TOMATOES,SALT ,HALDI,RED CHILLI,CUMMIN CORRIANDER ,GARAM MASALA READY TO COOK
  5. ADD TOMATES GRATED PUREE TO SAUTE ONIONS,STIR ADD SALT,HALDI,CUMMIN CORRIANDER POWDER
  6. ADD WEDGES OF ONE POTATO TO COOKING ONIONS MASALACOVER 1 MINUTE
  7. TRANSFER CONTENTS TO PRESSURE COOKER STIR FRY ALL,ADD RED CHILLI POWDER 1TSPN,GARAM MASALA
  8. ADD SOAKED NUTRI NUGGETS NOW STIR FRY ALL WELL 1 MINUTE,ADD 1CUP WATER
  9. PRESSURE COOK 10 MINUTES
  10. RELEASE PRESURE NOW OPEN LID
  11. YOUR SOYA NUGGETS GRAVY READY REMOVE IN A BOWL
  12. TAKE ABOUT 20 GRAMS FRESH PANEER AND GRATE OVER THE SOYA NUGGETS TO ENHANCE TASTE AND NUTRTION
  13. SERVE LIKE THIS WITH ROTI OR PARANTHA
