A different way to serve fish eggs.kids as well elders love this yummy preparation of fish egg.u can serve it as a main dish with pulav rice or with plain rice.

  1. Fish egg 300 gm
  2. Lemon juice 1 tbs
  3. Salt 1 tsp
  4. Barbecue sauce 1/2 tbs
  5. Mastard paste 1 tbs
  6. Tarmaric Powder 1/3 tsp
  7. Red chilli powder 1.5 tsp
  8. Coriander powder 1/2 tbs
  9. Soya sauce 1/2 tbs
  10. Onion paste 1tbs
  11. Paste of 2 green chilli.

Instructions

  1. CUT FISH EGGS(300GM)IN TO DICED.
  2. ADD 1 TSP SALT & 1/2 TBS LEMON JUICE.
  3. ADD 1 TBS MASTARD PASTE,1/2 TBS BARBEQUE SAUCE,1/3 TSP TARMARIC POWDER',1.5 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER.
  4. ADD 1/2TBS SOYA SAUCE,1/2 TBS CORIANDER POWDER,1 TBS (1ONION+2 GREEN CHILLI) PASTE.MIX WELL &REST F
  5. TAKE 4/5 BAMBOO SKEWER,DICED GREEN CHILLI & TOMATO
  6. INSERT SKEWER THROUGH GREEN CHILLI, MARINATED FISH EGGS CUBES,DICED TOMATOES.
  7. FISH EGG BARBECUE SKEWERS ARE READY.
  8. ON A PAN DRIZZLE 2 TBS OIL.
  9. SHALLOW FRY THE FISH EGGS BARBECUE SKEWER ON MEDIUM HEAT.
  10. FLIP THEM WHEN ONE SIDE IS DONE.
  11. WAIT TILL SKEWERS GET CRISPY COATING.
  12. ONCE SKEWERS IS DONE.TURN OFF HEAT.
  13. SERVE WITH SALAD DACORS.
  14. ENJOY...
