Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Toor dal 1/2 cup
  2. Raddish 1
  3. Fresh coconut grated 1/2 cup
  4. Jaggery 2 tbsp
  5. Tamarind marble ball size
  6. Taeflam 10
  7. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  8. Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  9. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. TOOR DAL IS SOAKED FOR 1 HOUR AND PRESSURE COOKED WITH RADDISH FOR 3 WHISTLES
  2. GRIND COCONUT, TAMARIND, TURMERIC AND RED CHILLI POWDER
  3. Add it to the dal and boil
  4. Hit taeflam in a mortar and pestle and add it to the dal
  5. Add jaggery and salt to taste
