ABOUT Protien Tikki with Mushroom Sauce RECIPE

Protien is an utmost requirement for everybody cosidering the hectic lifestyle each one of us are leading. This is perfect blend of quinoa, soyabean , mushroom and milk giving it perfect taste and also protien filled nutritious meal.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For tikki cooked soya granules 1 cup
  2. Cooked quinoa 1 cup
  3. Carrot grated 1/4 cup
  4. Chopped onion 1/2 cup
  5. Rice powder 2tbs
  6. Celery 1 tsp
  7. Rosemary 1/2 tsp
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Corn flour 2tbs
  10. Chopped coriander leaves- 2tbsp
  11. Oil for frying
  12. For mushroom gravy
  13. Chopped mushroom - 1 cup
  14. Chopped onion- 1/2 cup
  15. Chopped ginger garlic- 1 tsp
  16. Chopped capsicum- 1/4th cup
  17. Chopped Beans- 1/4th cup
  18. Chopped carrot- 1/4th cup
  19. Green chillies - 1tsp
  20. Oil for frying- 1 tbsp
  21. Chopped coriander leaves - 2tbsp
  22. Celery- 1/2 tsp
  23. Rosemary- 1/2 tsp
  24. Salt to taste
  25. Chopped tomato- 1/2 cup
  26. Milk- 1 cup
  27. Water - 1cup
  28. Cheese for decoration

Instructions

  1. ADD QUINOA
  2. THEN ADD SOYA GRANULES
  3. ADD GRATED CARROT
  4. ADD CHOPPED CAPSICUM
  5. ADD CHOPPED ONION AND CORIANDER LEAVES
  6. ADD SALT TO TASTE
  7. ADD PAPRIKA POWDER
  8. ADD CELERY
  9. ADD ROSEMARY
  10. ADD MASHED POTATO
  11. ADD AVOCADO
  12. ADD RICE POWDER AND CORN FLOUR
  13. MIX IT WELL
  14. HEAT A PAN WITH OIL AND THEN MAKE TIKKIS
  15. HEAT ANOTHER PAN WITH OIL
  16. ADD CHOPPED ONION AND CAPSICUM
  17. ADD GRATED CARROT, BEANS, TOMATO AND CHOPPED GARLIC
  18. ADD SALT TO TASTE AND BLACK PEPPER
  19. ADD CHOPPED MUSHROOMS
  20. ADD CELERY AND ROSEMARY AND THEN COOK FOR 3 MINS.
  21. AFTER 3 MIN ADD A MIXTURE OF FLOUR AND MILK
  22. ADD WATER. MIX WELL AND COOK FOR ANOTHER 2 MINS
