  1. Hershey chocolate syrup 1 cup
  2. flour 2 1/4 cup
  3. Baking soda 1 1/4 tsp
  4. butter 225 grms
  5. buttermilk 2 cups
  6. Vanilla extract 1 tsp
  7. eggs 3
  8. sugar 2 cups

Instructions

  1. TAKE 225 GRMS BUTTER
  2. ADD 2 CUPS SUGAR AND BEAT TILL PALE AND FLUFFY
  3. ADD 3 EGGS 1 AT A TIME AFTER EVERY 2 MINS INTERVAL
  4. ADD 1 TBSP VANILLA EXTRACT
  5. TAKE 2 CUP MILK ADD 2 TBSP VINEGAR & LET IT SIT.DO NOT WHISK OR MIX.THIS IS OUR BUTTER MILK
  6. IN 2 1/4 CUPS FLOUR ADD 1 1/4 TSP BAKING SODA TO THE FLOUR
  7. IN WELL BEATEN EGGS GRADUALLY ADD THE FLOUR 1 TBSP AT A TIME
  8. ADD 1 TBSP BUTTERMILK 1 TBSP AT A TIME
  9. WHISK TILL ALL INCORPORATED AND WE HAVE A SMOOTH FALLING TEXTURE
  10. DIVIDE THE BATTER INTO 2
  11. TAKE 1 CUP HERSHEY CHOCOLATE SYRUP
  12. ADD THE HERSHEY SYRUP IN 1 HALF OF THE BATTER
  13. FOLD
  14. THE TECHNIQUE IS TO CUT AND FOLD THE BATTER.DO NOW USE A WHISK AT THIS MOMENT
  15. GREASE A BUNDT PAN THROUGHLY USING THE BACK OF THE BUTTER PAPER
  16. POUR OUR WHITE BATTER
  17. NOW POUR THE CHOCOLATE BATTER
  18. EVEN IT OUT
  19. BAKE THE CHOCOLATE BUNDT CAKE IN A PREHEATED OVEN AT 180D C FOR 35 TO 40 MIN
  20. OR A TOOTHPICK INSERTED COMES OUT CLEAN
  21. PLACE A TRAY OVER THE BUNDT PAN
  22. NOW TURN THE TRAY
  23. REMOVE THE PAN
  24. DRIZZLE MORE HERSHEY SYRUP ALL OVER
  25. ENJOY THE CHOCOLATE CAKE WARM WITH A CUP OF MILK
  26. IT GIVES A BEAUTIFUL MARBLE TEXTURE
