Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Moong dal 1/2 cup
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Tomato chopped 1/4 cup
  4. Cucumber finely chopped 1/4 cup
  5. Grated coconut 1/4 cup
  6. Coriander leaves chopped 2 tsp
  7. Green chilli 1/2
  8. Grated carrot 1/4 cup
  9. For seasoning... Cooking oil 1 tsp
  10. Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  11. Red chilli 1/2

Instructions

  1. ADD HALF AN HOUR SOAKED HALF CUP OF MOONG DAL INTO SEASONING
  2. FINELY CHOPPED TOMATO, CORIANDER LEAVES, GRATED COCONUT, GRATED CARROT
  3. SALT TO TASTE, CHOPPED CUCUMBER, GREEN CHILLI 1/2, MIX WELL AND SERVE
