Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 10-15 puchkas
  2. 1 Tablespoon chopped green chillies
  3. 1 tablespoon olive oil
  4. 3/4 th cup chopped onions
  5. 3/4 th chopped capsicum
  6. 1 teaspoon salt
  7. 1 teaspoon black pepper
  8. 1 tablespoon Szechuan sauce
  9. 1 cup bechamel sauce
  10. 1 tablespoon chesse powder

Instructions

  1. ADD 1 TABLESPOONS OLIVE OIL:1 TEASPOON CHOPPED GREEN CHILLIES:
  2. 3/4TH CUP CHOPPED ONIONS:3/4 CUP CHOPPED CAPSICUM
  3. COOK ON MEDIUM HEAT
  4. 1 TABLESPOON SALT:1 TABLESPOON BLACK PEPPER
  5. 1 TABLE SPOON SZECHUAN SAUCE
  6. COOK FOR 5 MINS ON LOW HEAT
  7. TAKE READY PUCHKAS AND DIP THEM IN BECHAMEL SAUCE AND SPRINKLE CHEESE POWDER
  8. AND MAKE PUCHKAS READY
  9. STUFF THEM WITH OUR SZECHUAN VEGETABLES AND POUR BECHAMEL SAUCE
  10. SPRINKE CHEESE POWDER AND SERVE INSTANTLY
