Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Urad dal 1 cup
  2. Rice 4 cup
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Water
  5. Ghee 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. GRIND UNTIL SMOOTH FOUR HOURS SOAKED URAD DAL AND RICE WITH SUFFICIENT WATER AND SALT TO TASTE
  2. TRANSFER BATTER INTO A MIXING BOWL, COVER AND ALLOW IT TO FERMENTATION OVERNIGHT
  3. CHECK THE FERMENTATION IN MORNING
  4. GREASE TAWA WITH GHEE AND POUR LADDLE FULL OF BATTER, COVER AND COOK FOR 3 MINUTES IN MEDIUM FLAME
  5. DRIZZLE A TSP OF GHEE, FLIP AND COOK FOR 2 MINUTES IN MEDIUM FLAME
  6. REMOVE AND SERVE IN HOT
