Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Hershey chocolate syrup 1 cup
  2. Flour 2 1/4 cup
  3. Baking soda 1 1/4 tsp
  4. Butter 225 grms
  5. Buttermilk 2 cups
  6. Vanilla extract 1 tsp
  7. Eggs 3
  8. Sugar 2 cups

Instructions

  1. TAKE 225 GMS SOFTENED BUTTER
  2. ADD 2 CUPS SUGAR, BEAT TILL LIGHT & FLUFFY
  3. ADD 3 EGGS 1 AT A TIME, AFTER A 2 MIN INTERVAL
  4. ADD 1 TBSP VANILLA EXTRACT
  5. TAKE 2 CUPS MILK, ADD 2 TBSP VINEGAR & ALLOW IT TO REST, THIS IS THE BUTTERMILK
  6. TAKE 2-1/4 CUPS FLOUR, ADD 1-1/4 TSP BAKING SODA
  7. GRADUALLY ADD THE FLOUR 1 TBSP AT A TIME, INTO THE BEATEN EGGS MIX
  8. ADD 1 TBSP BUTTERMILK GRADUALLY
  9. WHISK WELL TILL YOU GET A SMOOTH BATTER OF FALLING CONSISTENCY LIKE THIS
  10. DIVIDE THE BATTER INTO 2 EQUAL HALVES
  11. ADD 1 CUP HERSHEY'S SYRUP INTO 1 HALF OF THE BATTER
  12. FOLD IN GENTLY
  13. USE CUT & FOLD METHOD TO FOLD IN THE BATTER LIKE THIS
  14. GREASE A BUNDT PAN WITH BUTTER
  15. ADD THE WHITE BATTER
  16. POUR THE HERSHEY'S CHOCOLATE SYRUP BATTER ON TOP
  17. BAKE IN A PREHEATED OVEN AT 180 DEGREES FOR 35-40 MINS OR TILL DONE
  18. THE CAKE IS DONE, REMOVE & ALLOW IT TO COOL A LITTLE
  19. PLACE A TRAY OVER THE BUNDT PAN, INVERT & UNMOULD
  20. SEE HOW TEMPTING IT LOOKS
  21. DRIZZLE MORE HERSHEY'S SYRUP ON TOP
  22. SLICE & SERVE
