Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Urad dal 1 cup
  2. Moong dal 1 cup
  3. rice 3 cup
  4. jowar 1/4 cup
  5. salt to taste
  6. water
  7. Cooking oil 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. 4 HOURS SOAKED MOONG DAL 1 CUP, RICE 3 CUPS
  2. URAD DAL 1 CUP, JOWAR 1/4 CUP
  3. ADD SALT TO TASTE AND WATER, GRIND UNTIL SMOOTH
  4. TRANSFER BATTER INTO A VESSEL, COVER AND KEEP ASIDE UNTIL FERMENTATION
  5. CHECK THE FERMENTATION
  6. GREASE TAWA WITH COOKING OIL, POUR LADDLE FULL OF BATTER AND SPREAD LIGHTLY, COVER AND COOK
  7. OPEN THE LID, SPRINKLE SOME OIL, FLIP AND COOK
  8. REMOVE AND SERVE IN HOT
