Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Toor dal 1/2 cup
  2. BottleGourd chopped 3 cups
  3. coconut fresh grated 1/4 cup
  4. goda masala 1tsp
  5. oil 1tbsp
  6. Mustard seeds 1tsp
  7. Green chillies 2
  8. Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  9. Asafoetida 1/4tsp
  10. Curry leaves few
  11. jaggery grated 2 tbsp
  12. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. SOAK TOOR DAL FOR 1 HOUR
  2. PRESSURE COOK FOR 3 WHISTLES
  3. HEAT OIL AND TEMPER WITH MUSTARD SEEDS, ASAFOETIDA, GREEN CHILLIES, TURMERIC AND CURRY LEAVES
  4. ADD CHOPPED BOTTLE GOURD. COVER AND COOK FOR 5 MIN
  5. ADD GRATED COCONUT
  6. ADD COOKED DAL
  7. ADD GODA MASALA
  8. ADD JAGGERY
  9. ADD SALT TO TASTE
