Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Moong dal 1/4 cup
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Chopped cucumber 1/2 cup
  4. Coconut gratings 1/4 cup
  5. Lemon juice 1 tsp
  6. Green chilli 1
  7. For seasoning.. Red chilli 1
  8. Mustard seeds 1/4 tsp
  9. Coconut oil 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. SOAK 1 CUP MOONG DAL FOR 30 MINS, DRAIN, ADD READY SEASONING, 1/2 CUP CHOPPED CUCUMBER
  2. ADD SALT TO TASTE, 1/4 CUP GRATED FRESH COCONUT, 1 TSP LEMON JUICE
  3. ADD 1 CHOPPED GREEN CHILLI, 2 TBSP CORIANDER LEAVES, MIX & SERVE
