ABOUT Protein pack soya kebab RECIPE

This soya kebab is full of protein,it is mix of mild spices and bread crumbs of brown bread .kebabs are shallow fried,they are soft from inside and crisp from outside. These kebabs are easy to make and healthy snack.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 100gm soya chunks
  2. 1 onion
  3. 2 tsp ginger
  4. 1 green chilli
  5. Half cup bread crumbs
  6. 3 tsp roasted gramflour
  7. 1tsp Amchur powder
  8. 1 tsp Jeera powder
  9. 2 tsp chat masala
  10. Salt as per taste.
  11. 1tsp channa masala
  12. Oil for frying
  13. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  14. 3 tsp sweet corns

Instructions

  1. SOAK 100 GM OF SOYA CHUNKS IN HOT WATER FOR 15 MINUTES.THEN TAKE THEM OUT BY SLIGHTLY SQUEEZING.
  2. TAKE 1 ONION CHOPPED ,2 TSP GINGER GRATED,1 GREEN CHILLI CHOPPED.
  3. 1TSP JEERA POWDER,1/2 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER,1TSP AMCHUR POWDER, 2 TSP CHAT MASALA.
  4. TAKE HALF CUP BREAD CRUMBS,3 TSP ROASTED GRAM FLOUR.SALT 1/2 TSP,3 TSP SWEET CORNS.
  5. CAN ADJUST SPICES AND SALT AS PER TASTE.
  6. GRIND THE SOYA CHUNKS IN BATCHES.
  7. NOW ADD ONION,GINGER,GREEN CHILLI IN GRINDED SOYA.
  8. NEXT ADD SPICES.
  9. NEXT ADD BREAD CRUMBS,DON'T ADD TOO MUCH.
  10. ADD ROASTED GRAM FLOUR .
  11. MIX WELL ,ADD SALT AS PER TASTE BUT KEEP IT LIGHT,ALSO ADD 1 TSP CHANNA MASALA(OPTIONAL).
  12. ADD SWEET CORNS.
  13. NEXT ADD FEW CHOPPED MINT LEAVES AND MIX WELL WITH HANDS.
  14. WHEN IT HOLDS SHAPE ,IT IS READY TO BE SHAPED AS KEBABS.
  15. WITH HELP OF COOKIE CUTTER SHAPE THEM ,BE CAREFUL WHILE TAKING OUT.
  16. HEAT OIL AND SHALLOW FRY THEM .
  17. FRY THEM AT MEDIUM FLAME TILL IT GETS GOLDEN BROWN.
  18. NEXT FLIP IT AND COOK TILL ITS GOLDEN BROWN AND CRISP.
  19. ONCE DONE PLATE IT AND ENJOY.
