Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 minced chicken
  2. 1 teaspoon clarified butter (ghee)
  3. 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  4. 1-2 chopped onions
  5. 1 chopped tomato
  6. 1/2 teaspoon chopped ginger
  7. 1/4 teaspoon chopped garlic
  8. 1 teaspoon Kolhapuri Kanda lasoon masala
  9. Chopped coriander and pudina for seasoning

Instructions

  1. CHOPPED ONION, TOMATOES,GINGER,GARLIC,PUDINA,CORIANDER AND MINCED CHICKEN.
  2. ADD 1 TEASPOON CLARIFIED BUTTER (GHEE)
  3. ADD CHOPPED GINGER GARLIC
  4. ADD CHOPPED ONIONS
  5. Saute ONIONS TILL GOLDEN BROWN THEN ADD TOMATOES
  6. COOK TILL TOMATOES TURNS SOFT
  7. ADD FEW CHOPPED CORIANDER AND PUDINA
  8. ONCE EVERYTHING IS COOKED PROPERLY ADD MINCED CHICKEN
  9. ADD KOLHAPURI KANDA LASUN MASALA AND SAUTE
  10. ADD SALT AS PER YOUR TASTE
  11. COOK TILL CHICKEN IS TENDER SOFT
  12. SEASON WITH CORIANDER LEAVES AND PUDINA
  13. CHICKEN KEEMA IS READY
