  1. HALF CUP TUVAR DAL,CHANA DAL,MOONG DAL,URAD DAL SAME QUANTITY IN A CUPS POUR WATER SOAKED AT 2 HOURS
  2. AFTER THAT STARIN WATER
  3. TAKE BLENDER PUT ALL THOSE DALS IN TO BLENDER MAKE FINE PASTE
  4. TRANSFER DAL PASTE IN A BOWL ADD 1TSP SALT,1/2TSP BAKING SODA MIX WELL
  5. TAKE MINI IDLY PLATE GREASE AND PUT DAL PASTE
  6. FILL UP FULL PLATE
  7. TAKE A STEAMER STAND POUR WATER ARRANGE BASE STAND PLACE THE IDLY PLATE CLOSE LID STEAM AT 20MIN
  8. HEAT THE CADAI POUR OIL FOR TADAKA ADD 1TSP JEERA, MUSTARD, FENUGREEK ,RED CHILIES,ADD PINCH HING
  9. ONCE ONIONS FRIED ADD DRUMSTICK,CARROT,LADDIES FINGER,TOMATO PIECES
  10. OPEN LID,ADD CORIANDER,1TSP SALT,CHILLI POWDER,HALDI HALF TSP,DANIYA POWDER,JEERA POWDER,RASAM POWDE
  11. ADD 1BOWL TAMARIND JUICE,1CUP COOKED TUVAR DAL PASTE
  12. ADD 10GMS JAGGERY KEEP BOIL
  13. ADD CORIANDER
  14. TAKE SERVING BOWL PUT SRIYAL WITH SAMBAR
  15. POUR SAMBAR INTO BOWLS ...SERVE IT HOT ITS VERY NICE GARNISH WITH CORIANDER
