  1. Moong dal 1/2 cup
  2. Suji rava 1/2 cup
  3. shredded mozarella cheese 1 cup
  4. Ghee 4 tbsp
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Pepper powder

Instructions

  1. SOAK MOONG DAL FOR HALF HOUR
  2. ADD MOONG DAL TO BOILING WATER AND COOK TILL SOFT
  3. Grind to a fine paste
  4. ADD SUJI RAVA, SALT AND WATER
  5. PUT GHEE ON A HEATED TAVA AND SPREAD THE BATTER
  6. ADD CHEESE
  7. SPRINKLE WITH PEPPER POWDER (OPTIONAL)
  8. FLIP FOR A MINUTE WHEN ONE SIDE IS DONE
