The soya filling in a covering of rice flour is steamed .It makes a wonderful snack when served with tomato ketchup

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Soya nuggets 1/2 cup
  2. Spring onion chopped 1 cup
  3. Rice flour 3 cups
  4. garlic 2 cloves
  5. ginger 1/2 inch piece
  6. Ground cinamon 1 tsp
  7. salt to taste

Instructions

  1. ADD SALT AND KNEAD RICE FLOUR INTO A DOUGH
  2. SET ASIDE FOR HALF AN HOUR
  3. COOK SOYA NUGGETS IN BOILING WATER FOR 5 MIN AND RINSE COUPLE OF TIMES
  4. BREAK THEM INTO SMALL PIECES
  5. COMBINE SOYA, SPRING ONION, GINGER, GARLIC, GROUND CINAMON AND SALT
  6. TAKE A BALL OF THE DOUGH
  7. ROLL IT ON A GREASED SURFACE
  8. ADD THE SOYA MIXTURE IN THE MIDDLE
  9. FOLD PRESSING THE EDGES
  10. PLACE THEM IN A GREASED CONTAINER AND STEAM THEM FOR 15 MIN
