Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 8 to 10 small brinjals sliced
  2. onions 2 sliced
  3. Tomaties 2 chopped
  4. Gg paste 1 tsp
  5. Dry masala -red cgillie,dhania and zeera pwr 1 tbsp
  6. haldi 1 tsp
  7. curd 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. TAVA GRILL 8-10 BRINJAL ROUNDELS ADDING 1-2 DROPD OF OIL
  2. FLIP & GRILL ON BOTH SIDES UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN & CRISP, SET ASIDE
  3. HEAT 2 TBSP MUSTARD OIL, ADD 1 TSP CUMIN SEEDS, A FEW CURRY LEAVES
  4. ADD 2 SLICED ONIONS, SAUTE
  5. ADD 2 SLIT GREEN CHILLIES
  6. FRY UNTIL THE ONIONS TURN GOLDEN BROWN, ADD 1 TBSP GINGER-GARLIC PASTE
  7. ADD 1 TSP EACH OF RED CHILLI & TURMERIC POWDERS
  8. ADD 1 TBSP EACH OF CORIANDER & CUMIN POWDERS
  9. ADD SALT TO TASTE, MIX & SAUTE THE MASALAS
  10. ADD 2 CHOPPED TOMATOES, 2 TBSP CURD
  11. ADD 1 CUP WATER, COVER & COOK ON LOW- MEDIUM HEAT UNTIL THE MASALA LEAVES OIL
  12. MASH THE TOMATOES A BIT
  13. ADD THE READY BRINJALS, COVER & COOK FOR 5 MINS
  14. MASALA BAINGAN IS READY, SERVE HOT WITH ROTIS
