  1. 1 cup grated paneer
  2. 1 chopped onion
  3. 1 chopped tomato
  4. 1-2 green chillies chopped
  5. 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala
  6. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  7. 2 teaspoon chopped coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. PANEER CHOPPED ONION, TOMATO, GREEN CHILLI, GARAM MASALA POWDER AND SALT CORIANDER LEAVES
  2. HEAT BUTTER. ADD CHOPPED ONIONS
  3. SAUTE ONIONS. ADD GREEN CHILLIES AND CHOPPED ONIONS
  4. ADD ASAFOETIDA,TURMERIC
  5. MIX WELL ADD CORIANDER LEAVES
  6. COCKTAIL TOMATOES ARE SOFT AND TENDER. ADD PANEER
  7. ADD GARAM MASALA AND SALT AS PER YOUR TASTE
  8. MIX ALL THE INGREDIENTS TOGETHER
  9. LET IT COOK FOR 3 TO 4 MINUTES
  10. PANEER BHURJI IS READY TO SERVE
