Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 cup chicken bones
  2. 1/4 cup cabbage
  3. 1/4 carrot
  4. 1/4 cup onion
  5. 1/4 tsp.ginger
  6. 1/4 tsp. Garlic
  7. 1/4 tsp. Salt
  8. 1/2tsp.whole gar masala (cinnamon,cloves,black pepper)
  9. 1tsp.coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. BOIL CHICKEN BONES
  2. ADD CABBAGE, CARROTS, GREEN CHILLIE
  3. ADD ONION,GINGER AND GARLIC
  4. ADD WATER.COOK FOR 10-15 MINTS.
  5. ADD BLACK PEPPER,CLOVES AND CINNAMON
  6. LET IT BOIL.
  7. STRAIN AND EXCERT STOCK.
  8. ADD SHREDDED CHICKEN STOCK.ADD SALT. COOK FOR FEW MINTS.
