This is healthy soup good for diabetic patients,weight watchers.Very easy to make and protein rich.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. One cup broccoli florets
  2. One cup broccoli stem
  3. One onion chopped
  4. 4-5 garlic cloves chopped
  5. Salt as per taste
  6. Half cup milk
  7. 2.5 cup water
  8. 5-6 almonds
  9. Half tsp butter

Instructions

  1. 1 CUP STEM OF BROCCOLI,1 CUP BROCCOLI FLORETS.
  2. TAKE 2.5 CUP WATER IN PAN.BRING IT TO BOIL.
  3. ADD BROCCOLI STEMS,COVER IT AND COOK FOR 10 MINUTES.
  4. ADD BROCCOLI FLORETS AND ONE SMALL ONION CHOPPED.
  5. ADD CHOPPED GARLIC ,COVER IT AND COOK FOR ANOTHER 6-7 MINUTES.
  6. ONCE IT'S COOKED.LET IT COOL.
  7. ONCE IT'S COOL GRIND IT TO PASTE.
  8. NEXT IN PAN ADD 1/2 TSP BUTTER.
  9. SAUTE FEW CHOPPED ALMONDS.KEEP FEW FOR GARNISH.
  10. NOW PUT BROCCOLI PASTE IN IT.
  11. ADD 1/2 TSP CORNFLOUR TO IT.1/2 CUP MILK .MIX IT,ADD WATER IN WHICH THEY WERE BOILED.
  12. ADD 1/2 TSP BLACK PEPPER.
  13. ADD SALT AS PER TASTE.STIRR WELL. COOK FOR A MINUTE.
  14. SERVE HOT.
