Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. For Penko Chicken Cups, 1 cup Penko
  2. 1 cup cheese
  3. 1 cup boiled and shreded chicken
  4. 1 egg
  5. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  6. 1/4 tsp salt
  7. 1 tsp red chilli flakes
  8. 1/2 tsp mixed herb
  9. 3/4 tsp garlic powder
  10. For Egg Salad, 1 cup cream cheese
  11. 1/2 cup mixed bell pepper and boiled corn
  12. 1 egg
  13. 1/2 boiled chicken mince
  14. 6 to 8 roughly chopped almonds
  15. 3 to 4 roughly chopped walnuts
  16. 1 tsp honey
  17. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  18. 1/2 Salt or according to taste
  19. 1 tsp red pepper sauce
  20. 1/4 cup grated cheese
  21. 3 to 4 black olives
  22. Some chopped walnuts for sprinkle over the top

Instructions

  1. IN A MIXING BOWL TAKE 1 CUP PENKO
  2. 1 CUP CHEDDAR CHEESE
  3. 1 CUP BOILED AND SHREDED CHICKEN
  4. 1 EGG
  5. 1/2 TSP BLACK PEPPER POWDER
  6. 1/4 TSP SALT
  7. 1 TSP RED CHILLI FLAKES
  8. 3/4 TSP GARLIC POWDER
  9. 1/2 TSP MIXED HERB
  10. NOW MIX ALL AND KEEP ASIDE IT
  11. GREASE PAN WITH 1 TSP OLIVE OIL AND ADD 1 EGG
  12. WHEN IT'S HALF DONE SCRAMBLED THE EGG
  13. AND KEEP ASIDE
  14. ADD 1 CUP CREAM CHEESE IN A MIXING BOWL
  15. ADD 1/2 CUP MIXED BELL PEPPER AND BOILED CORN
  16. ADD SCRAMBLED EGG
  17. 6 TO 8 ROUGHLY CHOPPED ALMOND
  18. 3 TO 4 ROUGHLY CHOPPED WALNUTS
  19. 1 TSP HONEY
  20. 1/2 TSP BLACK PEPPER POWDER
  21. 1/2 TSP SALT OR ADJUST ACCORDING TO TASTE
  22. 1 TSP RED PEPPER SAUCE
  23. 1/2 CUP BOILED CHICKEN MINCE
  24. NOW MIX ALL
  25. GREASE A BAKING TRAY WITH OIL
  26. AND ARRANGE THE PENKO, CHICKEN MASALA IN IT AND MAKE A WELL IN THE CENTRE FOR FILLING
  27. NOW FILL THE CUP WITH SCRAMBLED EGG AND CHICKEN MINCE MIXTURE
  28. KEEP SOME GRATED CHEESE OVER THE TOP
  29. ADJUST THE CHOPPED OLIVE
  30. AND SOME CHOPPED WALNUTS OVER THE TOP
  31. NOW ARRANGE THE TRAY
  32. BAKE THIS ON PREHEATED OVEN AT 180* TO 190* FOR 20 TO 25 NINUTES OR TILL CUP SETS AND CHEESE MELT
  33. WHEN DONE LEFT IT OUT
