  1. 1 cup almonds
  2. 1 cup peanuts
  3. 1 cup soyabeans pulse
  4. 1 cup oats
  5. 1/4 cup milk powder
  6. 1 tbsp cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. ROAST 1 CUP ALMONDS IN PAN
  2. WHEN DONE LEFT OUT
  3. NOW ROAST 1 CUP PEANUTS
  4. WHEN IT'S DONE TRANSFER IN A PLATE
  5. NOW ROAST 1 CUP SOYABEANS PULSE
  6. ROAST THIS
  7. WHEN IT'S DONE LEFT OUT IN DIFFRENT PLATE
  8. NOW ROAST 1 CUP OATS
  9. WHEN DONE TRANSFER IN A PLATE AND KEEP ASIDE THIS
  10. NOW TRANSFER THE ALMONDS AND PEANUTS IN A PLASTIC BAG
  11. CRUSHED IN SMALL PIECES TO GRIND WELL
  12. TRANSFER IN A PLATE
  13. NOW TRANSFER IN A GRINDING JAR
  14. AND MAKE FINE POWDER OF THIS
  15. WHEN DONE LEFT OUT AND SIEVE THIS WITH STRAINER AND DO SAME WITH ALL CRUSHED ALMONDS AND PEANUTS
  16. NOW TAKE ROASTED SOYABEANS SEPARATELY IN A GRINDING JAR AND ALSO MAKE FINE POWDER OF THIS
  17. WHEN DONE SIEVE THIS ALSO
  18. NOW TAKE ROASTED OATS AND MAKE FINE POWDER ALSO OF THIS
  19. WHEN IT'S DONE SIEVE THIS
  20. ADD 1/4 CUP MILK POWDER OR ADJUST LESS OR MORE ACCORDING TO TASTE
  21. SIEVE 1 TBSP COCOA POWDER
  22. MIX ALL WELL
  23. HOMEMADE PROTIEN POWDER IS READY TO USE AND KEEP THIS IN AIR TIGHT JAR FOR LONG SHELF LIFE
