ABOUT Fiery Pepper Chicken RECIPE

Super hot Chicken to chuck out cold and flu.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chicken with bones 3/4 kg
  2. Sesame oil 5 tablespoons
  3. Onion 3 medium

Instructions

  1. Heat 5 tablespoons sesame oil in a wok .
  2. Add chopped 3 medium sized onions . Sauté .
  3. Add 3/4 kg chicken and sauté until chicken turns colour . Do it in high flame .
  4. Simmer the flame . Add crushed garlic cloves 5 , black pepper pepper 1 tablespoon.
  5. Add 1 teaspoon turmeric powder . Mix.
  6. Cover and cook in medium for 15 minutes .
  7. After 15 minutes, add ripe tomatoes 2 big finely chopped .
  8. Cover and cook for 7 minutes .
  9. Then add 1 teaspoon biryani Masala powder .
  10. Add 1 teaspoon coriander powder .
  11. Another tablespoon black pepper freshly crushed.
  12. Add salt .
  13. Mix and allow to cook in open until semi dry .
  14. Sprinkle freshly chopped cilantros fistful .
  15. Fiery Pepper Chicken is ready . Serve hot .
