ABOUT Prawn Balls Soup RECIPE

Child friendly , tasty , quick and comforting soup which comes as a saviour to relieve kids / adults from cold and sore throat. Best to serve during winters.

Ingredients Serving: 2

Prawn Broth :
Prawns large 7 chopped
Water 3 Cups
Prawn Balls:
Prawns large cleaned deveined 7
Salt 1/4 teaspoon
Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon
Corn flour 1 teaspoon
Other Ingredients:
Melted butter unsalted 1 tablespoon
Garlic finely chopped 1 tablespoon
White bulb portion of Spring onion sliced 1 tablespoon
Green onions sliced 1 tablespoon
Salt as preferred
Freshly crushed Black pepper as preferred

Instructions

Add 7 large prawns chopped in 3 cups water . Cover and Boil for 15 minutes . Prawn broth is ready .
In another bowl , take 7 large prawns .
Mash them roughly . Add 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder.
Add 1/4 teaspoon salt .
Add 1 teaspoon corn flour.
Mix all into a dough .
Now make small balls and keep aside .
Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a pan . Add chopped garlic 1 tablespoon.
Sauté until aroma released .
Add the prawn broth along with prawns .
Add 1 tablespoon sliced white bulb portion of spring onions .
Add 1 tablespoon green onions sliced .
When water is hot , drop the prawn balls one by one gently using a spoon without crowding .
Allow to boil for 5 to 10 minutes .
Add salt while boiling .
Finally freshly crushed black pepper as preferred.
Prawn Balls Soup is ready . Serve hot .
