Mutton liver masala is our families all time favourite dish.Its simple and easy to cook yet delicious to eat.It best goes with romali roti or chapati.I hope You will try and give feed back.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Mutton liver 500gms
  2. onion paste 500gms
  3. garlic ginger paste 1 tsp
  4. tomato puree 1/2 cup
  5. 1/2 cup curd.
  6. salt 1 tsp
  7. Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  8. turmeric 1/2 tsp
  9. coriander powder 2 tsp
  10. 1 cup oil
  11. Few cloves and cardamom
  12. 2 bay leaves.
  13. 1 tsp kasori methi
  14. 2 tsp kewra water.
  15. 1/2 cup water.
  16. 1/2 tsp garam masala powder.

Instructions

  1. MUTTON LIVER 500 GMS
  2. 100 GMS ONION PASTE
  3. 1 CUP CURD
  4. 1/2 CUP TOMATO PUREE
  5. FEW CLOVES AND CARDAMOMS
  6. 2 BAY LEAVES
  7. HEAT ONE CUP OIL IN PRESSURE COOKER
  8. ADD WHOLE SPICES.
  9. 1 TSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE,1 TSP SALT,1/2 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER, TURMERIC ,2 TSP CORIANDER POWDER.
  10. FRY ONION PASTE TILL LIGHT PINK.ADD MUTTON LIVER AND FRY ON LOW TO MEDIUM FLAME.
  11. FRY LIVER TILL ALL ITS WATER DRIES OUT.
  12. ADD ALL SPICES AND MIX WELL.
  13. ADD CURD AND MIX.
  14. WHEN ALL SPICES ARE MIXED WELL AND LEAVES OUT OIL ADD TOMATO PUREE.
  15. COOK FOR 5 MINS.
  16. ADD HALF CUP WATER AND CLOSE THE LID.COOK ON LOW TO MEDIUM HEAT FOR 15 MINS.
  17. AFTER THE PRESSURE IS REDUCE,OPEN AND CHECK MUTTON LIVER PIECES .
  18. REDUCE WATER AND THEN ADD KASORI METHI 1 TSP.
  19. ADD HALF TSP GARAM MASALA POWDER.
  20. ADD 2 TSP KEWRA WATER.
