150 gms flour
80 gms oil
150 gms sugar
35 gms coco powder
2 medium sized bananas mashed.
1 tsp lemon rind
2 eggs
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp sour cream or curd
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp sugar powder for sprinkling
Instructions
TAKE 80 GMS OF OIL.
ADD 150 GMS OF POWDERED SUGAR.
BEAT TILL FLUFFY.
ADD 1 TSP OF LEMON RIND.
ADD 2 EGGS ONE BY ONE.
BEAT EGG BEFORE ADDING ANOTHER.
ADDING SECOND EGG.
ADD 2 MEDIUM RIPE,MASHED BANANAS.
MIX ON HIGH FOR 1 MINUTE.
ADD 1 TBSP OF CURD OR SOUR CREAM.
IN A SIEVE TAKE 150 GMS OF FLOUR.
ADD 1/4 TSP BAKING SODA.
ADD 1/4 TSP OF SALT.
ADD 1 TSP OF BAKING POWDER.
ADD 35 GMS OF COCO POWDER.
SIFT ALL DRY INGREDIENTS TOGETHER.
NOW ADD DRY INGREDIENTS TO THE WET INGREDIENT'S MIXTURE ON LOW SPEED ,GRADUALLY.
ADDING AND MIXING AT LOW SPEED.
ADD 1/2 CUP OF MILK GRADUALLY TO THE BATTER.(ADD HALF OF THE MILK AND MIX)
ADDING REMAINING HALF OF THE MILK IN THE MIXTURE.
BEAT FOR 30 SECONDS ,DON'T OVER BEAT .
GREASE AND LINED THE BAKING PAN. PUT BATTER IN THE PAN AND PAT FOR AVOIDING AIR BUBBLES.
BAKE IN PRE HEATED OVEN AT 180℃ FOR 45 MINS.(YOU CAN SET TIME AS PER YOUR OVEN)
SPRINKLE POWDER SUGAR OVER THE CAKE.
