Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/2 cup plain oats
  2. 1.5 cup coconut milk
  3. Hershey's chocolate syrup as required
  4. 1 kiwi chopped
  5. 1/4 cup fresh pomegranate
  6. 1/2 cup cornflakes
  7. 1 banana
  8. 1/2 apple chopped
  9. 1 tbsp Pumpkin seeds
  10. 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
  11. 1 cup whipped cream

Instructions

  1. DRY ROAST 1/2 CUP PLAIN OATS UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN
  2. ADD 1.5 CUPS COCONUT MILK
  3. STIR & COOK UNTIL IT THICKENS
  4. ADD 3 TBSP HERSHEY'S CHOCOLATE SYRUP
  5. MIX WELL UNTIL SMOOTH
  6. TAKE OFF HEAT, ALLOW IT TO COOL
  7. ADD 1/2 CUP READY OATS PUDDING TO A SERVING GLASS
  8. ADD A LAYER OF WHIPPED CREAM
  9. ADD 1 TBSP EACH OF POMEGRANATE PEARLS, SLICED KIWI, PINEAPPLE, BANANA, DRIED APRICOTS & CORNFLAKES
  10. ADD ANOTHER LAYER OF THE OATS PUDDING, DESIGN FLOWERS OUT OF WHIPPED CREAM
  11. ADD HERSHEY'S CHOCOLATE SYRUP IN THE CENTRE
  12. GARNISH WITH A SPRINKLING OF PUMPKIN & SUNFLOWER SEEDS & POMEGRANATE PEARLS
  13. HERSHEY'S OATS PUDDING IS READY TO SERVE
