Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. For Dough
  2. 1.5 cups All purpose flour
  3. 3/4 teaspoon yeast
  4. 1 teaspoon salt
  5. 1 teaspoon sugar
  6. 1/2 cup lukewarm water
  7. 2 tbsp+ 2 teaspoon oil
  8. For Filling
  9. 70g Maggi Pazzta packet - any flavour
  10. 250 ml water
  11. 50g sliced mozarella cheese
  12. 2 tbsp chopped olives
  13. 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  14. 1.5 teaspoon red chilli flakes
  15. 1 tbsp Sesame seeds to garnish
  16. 1 tbsp flax seeds to garnish
  17. 1 tbsp parsley for garnish
  18. 1 beaten egg for glazing

Instructions

  1. IN A BOWL, ADD FLOUR AND MAKE 3 WELLS IN IT
  2. ADD YEAST, SUGAR AND SALT INTO THESE WELLS RESPECTIVELY. GENTLY MIX ALL INGREDIENTS
  3. ADD 2 TBSP OIL , 1/2 CUP LUKEWARM WATER AND KNEAD INTO SOFT SMOOTH DOUGH
  4. TRANSFER THE DOUGH INTO AN GREASED BOWL. COVER AND REST IN WARM PLACE FOR 2 HOURS
  5. CUT OPEN A MAGGI PAZZTA CHEESE MACARONI AND ADD CONTENTS INTO A PAN
  6. ADD THE TASTEMAKER WHICH COMES ALONG WITH THE PACK
  7. ADD 2 CUPS WATER AND MIX WELL
  8. BRING TO BOIL
  9. SIMMER AND COOK FOR 5 MINUTES STIRRING OCCASIONALLY
  10. TRANSFER PAZZTA TO A BOWL AND KEEP IT ASIDE
  11. PREHEAT OVEN TO 180 AND LINE BAKING TRAY
  12. GENTLY DEFLATE DOUGH
  13. DUST SURFACE WITH FLOUR AND ROLL DOUGH INTO RECTANGLE
  14. PLACE 50G SLICED MOZZARELLA CHEESE ON ONE SIDE LEAVING GAP TOWARDS THE EDGES
  15. ADD MAGGI PAZZTA ON TOP OF CHEESE
  16. ADD CHOPPED OLIVE ON TOP
  17. SPRINKLE RED CHILLI FLAKES AND ITALIAN SEASONING ON TOP
  18. ROLL TIGHTLY INTO LOG , SEAL EDGES FROM ALL SIDES
  19. PLACE THE LOG ON PREPARED BAKING TRAY
  20. MAKE EQUAL SLITS HALFWAY THROUGH THE DOUGH
  21. GIVE EGG WASH ON TOP
  22. SPRINKLE SESAME SEEDS AND FLAX SEEDS ON TOP
  23. BAKE FOR 20-22 MINUTES UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN ON TOP
  24. SPRINKLE PARSLEY ON TOP
  25. SLICE AND SERVE WARM
