  1. bajra Flour 45 gms
  2. sugar 32 gms
  3. ghee 32 gms
  4. Coarse almonds 20 gms
  5. cardamom powder

Instructions

  1. ADD 32 GMS OF SUGAR AND GHEE IN A BOWL
  2. MIX WELL TILL WHITE AND CREAMY
  3. ADD 45 GMS OF BAJRA OR PEARL MILLET FLOUR AND FORM A DOUGH
  4. ADD IN 1/2 TEASPOON OF CARDAMOM POWDER AND 20 GRAMS OF COURSE ALMONDS
  5. KEEP IT IN FRIDGE FOR 10 MINUTES
  6. SHAPE IT BY USING YOUR THUMB
  7. BAKE IT AT 170 DEGREE FOR 10 MINUTES IN A PREHEATED OVEN.
