Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Boondi 250gms
  2. Onions 2big
  3. Mustard oil 2tbsp
  4. Dry spice powder for filling
  5. Dhania powder 2tsp
  6. Amchur powder 1tsp
  7. Red chilli powder 1tsp
  8. Jeera powder 1tsp
  9. Saunf powder 1tsp
  10. Garam masala powder 1tsp
  11. Chaat masala powder 1tsp
  12. Haldi 1tsp
  13. Salt 1 /2 tsp

Instructions

  1. WASH & DRY 250 GMS OKRA, REMOVE THE ENDS
  2. SLIT FROM THE MIDDLE LIKE THIS
  3. MIX SALT & ALL THE DRY MASALA POWDERS
  4. FILL THE MASALA MIX INTO THE SLIT OKRA
  5. COAT 2 CUBED ONIONS WITH THE REMAINING MASALA
  6. HEAT 2 TBSP MUSTARD OIL ON A TAVA, ADD THE OKRA & ONIONS
  7. COOK UNCOVERED ON MEDIUM HEAT TILL DONE
  8. THE SABZI IS DONE, SERVE HOT WITH DAL-RICE OR ROTI
