  2. 2 ltr milk
  3. 1 cup vinegar
  4. 1 tsp sugar
  5. 1 tsp semolina
  6. Water to wash the chenna
  7. For sugar syrup
  8. 2 cups sugar
  9. 6 cups water
  10. For kesar milk
  11. 1 ltrs milk
  12. 1 cup sugar
  13. 2 tsp kesar soaked in milk
  14. Rose petals and dry fruits to garnish

Instructions

  1. BOIL 2 LTRS OF COWS MILK IN A VESSEL..ADD 1 CUP VINEGAR TO CURDLE THE MILK
  2. KEEP STIRRING SO THAT MILK CURDLES PROPERLY.. OFF THE FLAME
  3. DRAIN OFF THE EXTRA WATER IN A CLEAN MUSLIN CLOTH
  4. WASH THE CHENNA PROPERLY 2-3 TIMES TO REMOVE SOURNESS
  5. TIE IN A MUSLIN CLOTH AND HANG FOR 30 MIN
  6. TRANSFER THE CHENNA ON THE KITCHEN PLATFORM. ADD 1TSP SUGAR,1 TSP SEMOLINA
  7. MIX IT PROPERLY WITH YOUR FINGERS...
  8. NOW MASH WITH YOUR PALM FOR 10 MIN TILL IT FORMS A SOFT DOUGH
  9. TILL THEN HEAT 2 CUPS OF SUGAR,6 CUPS WATER IN ANOTHER VESSEL
  10. DROP THE CHENNA BOWLS ONE BY ONE IN THE SYRUP ONCE BOILED
  11. BOIL IT COVERED FOR 20 MIN.. YOU WILL NOTICE THAT THEY HAVE DOUBLED IN SIZE..IF REQUIRED ADD WATER
  12. LET IT COOL AND SOAK COMPLETELY FOR 12 HRS
  13. BOIL 1 LTR MILK IN ANOTHER PAN..,ADD 2 TSP KESAR SOAKED MILK
  14. ADD 1 CUP SUGAR IN THE BOILING MILK AND STIR CONTINUOUSLY
  15. OFF THE GAS ONCE BOILED...
  16. SQUEEZE THE BALLS FROM THE SYRUP
  17. ADD THE KESAR MILK IN THE DUMPLINGS BOWL
