  1. 100 g dry rex chillie
  2. 100 g coreander seed
  3. 20 g kadala parupu
  4. 20 g toor dal
  5. 20 g urad dal
  6. 20 g rice
  7. 10 g cumin seeds
  8. 10 g vendhayam seeds
  9. 4 g kaayam
  10. 4 g tumeric powder

Instructions

  1. 100 G DRY RED CHILLIE, 100 G COREANDER SEED, 20 G KADALA PARUPU, 20 G TOOR DAL, 20 G URAD DAL,
  2. 100 G CUMIN SEEDS, 10 G VENDHAYAM SEEDS, 4 G KAAYAM ( 1 TSP ) , 4 G TURMERIC POWDER ( 1 TSP ) .
  3. FRY ALL THE DALS SEPERATELY.
  4. JUST DRY FRY THEM FOR FEW SECONDS.
  5. DO NOT BURN THEM . KEEP SAUTING.
  6. ALLOW THEM TO COOL DOWN PROPERLY.
  7. ADD ALL OF THEM INTO MORTAR AND GIVE A NICE STIR. ADD A PINCH TURMERIC POWDER AND A PINCH HING.
  8. GRIND THEM TO FINE POWDER.
  9. LET THEM COOL DOWN, AND THEN CAN KEEP STORED IN CONTAINERS.
