Instructions

  1. ADD A 1TBSP OIL IN A HOT KADAI
  2. ADD 1TBSP GINGER, GARLIC ,CHILLI PEST FRY FOR 30 SECONDS
  3. ADD 1/2 CUP ONION FRY FOR 2 MINUTES
  4. ADD 1/4 CUP CHOPPED TOMATO
  5. ADD ALL SPICES AND GARAM MASALA POWDER
  6. MIX IT WELL ADD 1 CUP PANEER
  7. ADD 1/2 CUP WATER AND MIX IT WELL
  8. ADD 1TBSP CHOPPED CORIANDER
  9. ADD 1/2 LEMON JUICE
  10. TAKE 1 CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR, 1/4 CUP CURD,1TSP BAKING SODA,IN A BOWL
  11. ADD 1TBSP OIL MIX IT WELL
  12. ADD WATER AND MAKE A SOFT DOUGH
  13. KNEED FOR 5 MINUTES
  14. REST TO 10 TO 15 MINUTES
  15. AGAIN KNEED THE DOUGH
  16. ROLL OUT THE DOUGH AND CUT IN TO SMALL CIRCLE
  17. TAKE THE ROLL OUT THE CIRCLE AND FILL THEM WITH PANEER MIXERS.
  18. INCLOSE THE FILLING WITH THE DOUGH TO FORM A BALL.
  19. REPEAT AGAIN.
  20. BRUSH WITH TANDURI BUTTER
  21. BAKE AT PREHEAT OVEN 180 DEGREE FOR 20 MINUTES.
  22. SERVE WITH GREEN CHATNY OR KETCHUP.
