Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat flour 1 cup
  2. Water 1/2 cup
  3. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. BRING INTO BOIL HALF CUP OF WATER WITH SALT TO TASTE
  2. ADD 3/4 CUP OF WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR, COVER AND KEEP ASIDE UNTIL WARM
  3. OPEN THE LID AND KNEAD WELL UNTIL SMOOTH DOUGH
  4. MAKE EQUAL SIZED DOUGH BALLS
  5. PRESS IN WHEAT FLOUR AND ROLL IT THINLY
  6. FLIP AND FRY ON HOT TAWA
  7. PRESS AND DRY FRY, IT BECOMES PLUFFY
  8. FRY UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN HERE AND THERE, REMOVE AND SERVE IN HOT
