Crispy dosa without oil used whole wheat and Ragi flour, gives energy and healthy.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Whole wheat 2 cup
  2. Ragi flour 1 cup
  3. Water
  4. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. 5 HOURS SOAKED WHOLE WHEAT
  2. ADD SALT TO TASTE, RAGI HURI HITTU OR RAGI FLOUR 1 CUP, SOME WATER AND GRIND UNTIL SMOOTH
  3. TRANSFER INTO A MIXING BOWL, COVER AND KEEP ASIDE FOR TWO HOURS
  4. POUR LADDLE FULL OF BATTER AND SPREAD THINLY, COVER AND COOK IN MEDIUM FLAME UNTIL CRISPY
  5. OPEN THE LID, REMOVE AND SERVE IN HOT
