Instructions

  1. SOAK YEAST IN WARM WATER FOR LUYKING
  2. TAKE 40GMS BUTTER IN A BIG MOUTH BOWL ADD BAKING POWDER 1TSP,2 TSP SUGAR
  3. POUR YEAST SOAKING WATER ON IT
  4. ADD WHOLE WHEAT FLORE 1 BOWL,HALF CUP SEMONELLA ON IT,1 TSP SALT
  5. MIX ALL THOSE IN ABOWL
  6. ONCE PRETZEL BREAD DOE IS READY LETS TIME TO FERMENT 1HOUR CLOSE LID
  7. AFTER 1 HOUR TAKE FERMENTED DOE,I TS TIME TO MASSAGE IT MAKES FLUFFY BUNS
  8. THEN CUT INTO 5 PARTS WITH THE HELP OF BLADE TAKE A EACH PART MAKE ROUND BUN SHAPE PLACE IN A TRAY
  9. PLACE THE TRAY IN PRETZEL BUNS AGAIN FERMENT FOR 4 HOURS
  10. OPEN UP, FERMENTED BUNS ARE READY TO BOIL
  11. BOIL TGE WATER ADD 1 CUP BAKING SODA ON WATER AFTER SLOWLY LEAVE BUNS ON WATER
  12. BOIL AS WELL FOR IT MAKES FLUFFY CRISP PRETZEL
  13. TAKE OUT INTO A PLATE ON WHITE TOWEL COAT POPPY SEEDS
  14. BRUSH THE MELTED BUTTER WITH POPPY SEEDS,CUT SLICES ON TOP OF PRETZEL
